Billed Through a Third Party?
- Subscriptions purchased on a mobile device are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you must contact Apple directly for subscription issues, including cancellations and refunds.
Additional Notes
- Cancelling a paid plan is done by downgrading to the Free Plan.
- The downgrade and loss of paid features will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- If you added members during a billing cycle, you are charged a prorated amount. If you removed members, you do not receive a credit but can use the seat for another user for the rest of the billing period.
