Billed Through a Third Party?

  • Google Play Store: Open the Play Store app, navigate to Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Proton VPN > Cancel. For refunds, head to Google Play Order History, find your Proton VPN subscription, and click 'Request a Refund'.

  • When you cancel a subscription, the downgrade to the free plan happens after the current billing period ends. Your paid plan remains active until that time.
