Return Conditions

Purple Mattress 100 night guarantee return is a starting to become a headache

So I got a purple mattress. Didn't like it. Was way too soft. Slept on it for 2 months with aches and pains until enough was enough. I cashed in on the 100 night guarantee. Initially the support staff was friendly and quick to respond. I got to the part where they couldn't find any donation centers
