Return Conditions
- A minimum 21-day trial period is required before a return can be initiated to allow your body to adjust.
- The mattress must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return.
- The mattress law tag must be attached.
- Photos of the mattress and law tag will be required to process the return.
Refund Methods
- A full refund of the product price will be issued, less any discounts, accrued interest, and shipping or transportation charges.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Purchases made from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Mattress Firm) are subject to that retailer's return policy.
- Only one mattress exchange is allowed per customer.
- Stained or damaged mattresses are not eligible for return.

- To initiate a return, call Customer Care at 1-888-848-2305.
- Purple or an authorized partner will arrange a time to pick up the mattress from you.
Exchange Policy
- You have 100 calendar days from the original delivery date to exchange your mattress.
- A 21-day minimum trial is required before an exchange can be started.
- After an exchange, your trial will be the remainder of the original 100 nights or 30 days from the delivery of the second mattress, whichever is greater.
- Only one exchange is allowed.
