Return Conditions
- Most items are eligible for return for a refund of the merchandise value.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging and original condition, with all installation hardware included, to receive a full refund.
- Items that have been installed are generally not considered in 'original condition'.
Refund Methods
- Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Custom or made-to-order items, including lighting, furniture, door sets, shower sets, and plumbing, are not eligible for returns.
- Final sale items (with prices ending in $.97 or $.99) are not eligible for returns.
- Gift Cards are non-returnable.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Items shipped directly from vendors and Rejuvenation Vintage items are non-returnable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be started through your account profile for return by post. If you checked out as a guest, Customer Care should be contacted.
- A UPS shipping label can be created online for drop-off at a UPS location.
- Return shipping labels are provided at no cost for returns due to damage or an error on Rejuvenation's part.
- For other reasons, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund ($15 per order for Small Parcel, $40 per order for Large Parcel).
- Return items must have originally been shipped to the United States (including US Territories and APO/FPO) only.
In-Store Returns
- Most items can be returned to a local Rejuvenation store.
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for store returns or exchanges.
- The return process for all furniture items must be started by calling Customer Care at 1-888-352-4699.
Gift Returns
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact Rejuvenation immediately with concerns about defective or damaged merchandise.
- If the wrong product was shipped or the order was damaged in transit, contact Rejuvenation within 7 days.
- Return shipping labels will be provided for defective products or shipping errors.
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery and notify Rejuvenation of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments for resolution or a full refund.
Price Adjustments
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges require an original receipt or gift receipt.
- Exchanges generally follow the same conditions and exceptions as returns.
Additional Notes
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Delivery fees and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
