Return Conditions
- Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund for eligible returns (e.g., 'Free Shipping Products').
- Assembled or modified items are ineligible for return.
- Return requests must be made by calling customer service within the specified return window.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are processed for eligible returns (e.g., 'Free Shipping Products', area rugs) after review and approval.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Raymour & Flanigan does not accept returns or refunds on furniture once it has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
- Special orders are custom-manufactured, and changes must occur within three days, or a 20% deposit will be lost.
- A restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise total applies to returned 'Free Shipping Products'.
- A restocking fee of 10% applies to area rug returns.
Online / Mail Returns
- Only items labeled 'Free Shipping' qualify for return.
- Return requests for 'Free Shipping Products' must be initiated by calling 888-729-6687 within 72 hours of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For furniture that arrives damaged, a qualified repair technician will be sent to correct the damage if possible. If irreparable, a replacement may be offered.
- For 'Free Shipping Products' that arrive damaged, replacement parts will be provided, or a replacement item at no charge if parts are unavailable.
- For damaged home decor items, arrangements will be made for an exchange.
- Raymour & Flanigan reserves the right to repair or replace items at their sole discretion.
Price Adjustments
- If you find the same new product at a lower price within 45 days, Raymour & Flanigan will match that price.
Exchange Policy
- Area rug exchanges are handled by contacting 888-729-6687.
- Home decor items that arrive damaged will be exchanged.
Additional Notes
- Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all furniture items before taking possession (either at pickup or upon delivery).
- Orders can be canceled anytime up to the day of pick-up or delivery.
