Return Conditions

Refund Methods

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Items purchased at RH Outlet stores are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Galleries cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.

Online / Mail Returns

  • Returns can be initiated online by contacting customer service and providing order information (order number, email) or signing into your account.

In-Store Returns

  • Galleries cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items. Contact customer service for assistance with these returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Delivery fees are refundable in the case of manufacturer defects or transit damage.
