Purple Mattress

• A minimum 21-day trial period is required before a return can be initiated to allow your body to adjust.
• The mattress must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return.
• The mattress law tag must be attached.
• Photos of the mattress and law tag will be required to process the return.

Tempur-Pedic

• Mattresses: Must be returned within the 90-Night Sleep Trial, which begins on the day of delivery.
• Mattresses: It is recommended to try the new mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return to allow for adjustment.
• Other Products (Pillows, Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Travel, Home Products, Office Chairs, Foundations, Power Bases): Only accepted for return if damaged at delivery or due to a product defect.

• Purchases made from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Mattress Firm) are subject to that retailer's return policy.
• Only one mattress exchange is allowed per customer.
