Return Conditions

  • Item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled.
  • In its original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged, a similar sized box or a box no longer than 108 inches must be used.

Refund Methods

  • Store credit redeemable on pier1.com.
  • Refund (for defective/damaged items due to Pier 1's error).

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Clearance items.
  • Items marked “Final Sale”.
  • Personalized items.
  • Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned).
  • Items that have been assembled.
  • Gift cards.
  • Open Box Items.

Online / Mail Returns

  • Most items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged order.

Damaged or Defective Items
