Return Conditions
Casper
- Mattresses and furniture must be in donatable condition (e.g., no stains, tears, soiling, or odors).
- Soft goods must be unused and in original packaging and condition.
- Mattresses require a minimum 30-night adjustment period before initiating a return.
Purple Mattress
- A minimum 21-day trial period is required before a return can be initiated to allow your body to adjust.
- The mattress must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return.
- The mattress law tag must be attached.
- Photos of the mattress and law tag will be required to process the return.
Exceptions & Restrictions
Casper
- Mattresses have a 100-night trial, with returns free and easy after the 30-Night Adjustment Period.
- Furniture has a 30-night trial. If purchased with a paired mattress, the trial extends to 100 nights.
- Soft goods (e.g., pillows, bedding), Glow, Mattress Topper, and Dog Beds have a 30-night trial/return window.
- When purchasing a Casper Bundle, all items in the bundle will have the same trial period; if a mattress is included, the entire bundle has a 100-night trial.
- A maximum of two items of the same product type may be returned.
- In-home delivery and setup service fees are non-refundable.
- Furniture can be returned without the original packaging or box, even if assembled, provided it is in donatable condition.
Purple Mattress
- Purchases made from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Mattress Firm) are subject to that retailer's return policy.
- Only one mattress exchange is allowed per customer.
- Stained or damaged mattresses are not eligible for return.
Refund Methods
