Return Conditions

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • An original or gift receipt is required.
  • For items purchased from a gift registry, you have 90 days from the event date or purchase date (whichever is later) to return.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment with an original receipt.
  • Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded as a Merchandise Credit.
  • Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check by mail.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Made to Order items, including custom rugs and furniture, are non-returnable.
  • Mattresses cannot be returned.

Online / Mail Returns
