Return Conditions
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- An original or gift receipt is required.
- For items purchased from a gift registry, you have 90 days from the event date or purchase date (whichever is later) to return.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment with an original receipt.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded as a Merchandise Credit.
- Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check by mail.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Made to Order items, including custom rugs and furniture, are non-returnable.
- Mattresses cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Final sale items (prices ending in $.97) are not eligible for return.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
Online / Mail Returns
- You can print a return label from the Returns Policy page and take the package to a UPS location.
In-Store Returns
- Items can be returned to any Pottery Barn Kids store.
Gift Returns
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged item, notify Pottery Barn Kids for a prompt replacement.
Price Adjustments
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Additional Notes
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- For returns of items from Nuna, Inglesina, and Babyzen, you must contact customer service to initiate the return.
