Return Conditions
- Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- In original condition.
- All accessories must be present; packaged items can be returned even if opened, as long as tags remain attached.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Online orders paid with Credit Card/Debit Card/Klarna/PayPal/Apple Pay are refunded via mail to the warehouse.
- Online orders paid with Pay In-Store can only be refunded at the original store location where payment was completed.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Items that are scratched, damaged, dirtied, or soiled.
- Products that have been hemmed or altered.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Items missing accessories or with damaged/soiled accessories.
- Undergarments (underwear, bras) cannot be returned once removed from their packaging.
- Used clothing sold at RE.UNIQLO or items that have undergone repair services.
Online / Mail Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipment date.
- Must be mailed back to the warehouse using a prepaid return label/QR code.
- Online orders cannot be returned in-store unless originally paid with the Pay In-Store option.
- A $7 return fee (plus applicable taxes) is deducted from the refunded amount.
In-Store Returns
- Items bought in-store may be returned to any UNIQLO location within 30 days of purchase.
- Original receipt is required for all returns.
- Mail-in returns to a store location are possible if unable to physically return, but customer is responsible for shipping charges.
- Warehouse does not accept returns for merchandise purchased at a physical UNIQLO store location.
Price Adjustments
- One-time price adjustment available in-store within 14 days of original purchase.
- Not valid for items bought during pre-advertised promotions.
- Receipt is required; item does not need to be present.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different color or size.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Online exchanges incur a $7 return shipping fee.
- Exchanges without an original purchase receipt are only accepted for the same item in a different color or size.
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Additional Notes

- Exchanges, returns, and price adjustments must be made in the country of purchase.
- Alteration fees are non-refundable.

Currently Uniqlo online orders can't be returned in store which is what I used to do before the pandemic. Instead, there's a $7 option through their prepaid label or to ship it back yourself.
