Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
- Merchandise must be unused.
- For returns without a receipt, an exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the current selling price.
Refund Methods
- Refunds for merchandise returned with the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
- For returns without a receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Swimwear, intimate apparel, and discounted items ending in $0.95 are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Online purchases made with Apple Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, AfterPay, and Klarna cannot be refunded in stores and must be shipped back to the warehouse for a refund/credit.
- International orders are not accepted for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- US online purchases made at TrueReligion.com can be returned by shipping back to the warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a refund/credit.
- A return label can be printed from the website; one label is permitted per order.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
- Online orders can be returned to any US True Religion full price or outlet location, accompanied by the order confirmation and packing slip.
- Items purchased in-store can be returned to any True Religion store.
- A government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- If points are used towards a purchase that is later returned, the points will be credited back to the True Rewards account.
- Points earned on a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from the point balance.
Damaged or Defective Items
- True Religion accepts defective merchandise for refund or exchange.
- Defective items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects.
- For damaged items, customers should contact cs@truereligion.com with product details and a picture if possible.
Exchange Policy
- Merchandise can be exchanged for unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective items within 30 days after purchase.
- If a receipt is not available, merchandise can be exchanged based on the current selling price.
Additional Notes
- For online returns, customers should save their return tracking number for their records.
- True Religion Gift Cards or Merchandise Cards are redeemable only for merchandise purchases at a True Religion physical store location.
