Return Conditions

Exceptions & Restrictions

Online / Mail Returns

In-Store Returns

  • Products purchased through UGG.com or the UGG call center can be brought to an UGG Concept or UGG Outlet store to process an exchange or return.

  • Online orders returned in-store requesting an exchange will have the item shipped to the warehouse, not exchanged for an item in-store at that time.
  • For UGG store purchases, you have 30 days to return through UGG.com, but you are responsible for coordinating and paying all return shipping costs to the designated distribution center.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • UGG provides a manufacturer's limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty applies to authentic products purchased directly from UGG.com, through the call center, an authorized retailer, or an UGG flagship store.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt or original invoice date.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability; if the item is unavailable, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment for online purchases.
  • If exchanging for an item of greater value, the customer pays the difference. If for a lesser value, a credit is issued for future purchases on ugg.com, valid for one year.

  • Sheepskin is a natural product, and the absorption of color dye may vary slightly within different areas of the material.
  • International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees; refusing delivery will result in the package being abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
