Return Conditions

  • All gear must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • All gear must have proof of purchase.
  • Gear cannot be worn, used, washed, altered, or opened.
  • Gear must be returned with all original tags.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
  • Items must be in their original condition.

Refund Methods

  • Original method of payment.
  • UA Gift Card (new eGift card for gift card purchases).
  • Credit card.
  • ApplePay account.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Gear purchased in-store must be returned in the country purchased (e.g., Gear purchased in the US cannot be returned in Canada).
  • Factory House purchases are not eligible to be returned or exchanged at a Brand House location.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase.
  • Under Armour does not offer repairs.
  • If there is no Happy Returns location in your area and your purchase was made using gift cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Klarna, you'll need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Under Armour reserves the right to limit the number of returns you can make, even with receipts.
  • If items are from different orders, a separate return label and package must be used for each order.
  • Gear cannot be returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

Online / Mail Returns

  • Start your return online by going to Order History under My Account or ua.com/returnlabel within 60 days of purchase.
  • For US returns, select between dropping off items at a Happy Returns Bar or a UPS drop-off location.
  • All Canada returns ship via Purolator.
  • Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged at any Under Armour Brand House location.

In-Store Returns

  • Bring your Brand House or Ecomm gear to any Under Armour Brand House location with proof of purchase.
  • Bring your Brand House, Ecomm, or Factory House purchases to any Factory House location with your proof of purchase.
  • Be sure to bring a valid photo ID and original form of payment.
  • Factory House purchases are not eligible to be returned or exchanged at a Brand House location.

Gift Returns

  • Refunds for orders paid with a gift card are issued to a new eGift card.
  • If an order was purchased using multiple payment methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit/debit card and then to the gift card.
  • If an in-store exchange item is unavailable, a return can be processed for the original price towards new gear, back to the original form of payment, or as a UA Gift Card.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proper proof of purchase.

Membership & Rewards Benefits

  • UA Rewards can be combined with most offers.
  • Log in or create an account to earn points, personalize shopping, and access faster checkout and UA Rewards member perks.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Under Armour does not offer repairs.
  • If you experience an issue with your gear, refer to the returns and exchanges policy or visit the Help Center on ua.com.
  • If a product is not as described, the only remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund.

Price Adjustments

  • Under Armour will honor a price adjustment on any gear originally purchased on UA.com within 10 days of the purchase date.

Exchange Policy

  • All gear must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Size/color exchanges are offered through UA.com within 60 days of purchase.
  • To initiate an online exchange, go to ua.com/returnlabel, enter purchase details, choose 'Exchange Items', and select the desired color/size.
  • Drop off exchange items at a Happy Returns Bar or UPS location for US returns, or Purolator for Canadian returns.
  • For exchanges with Happy Returns, processing begins as soon as gear is dropped off.
  • In-store exchanges can be made at any Under Armour Brand House location with proof of purchase, a valid photo ID, and original form of payment.
  • Factory House purchases are not eligible for exchange at a Brand House location.
  • If the item's price has changed, contact Customer Service for assistance.

Additional Notes

  • Under Armour offers free returns within 60 days of purchase.
  • Returns for items purchased from UnderArmour.com, UA app, or UA Brand House and Factory House store locations are free with proof of purchase.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
