Online / Mail Returns

  • An online Return Form must be completed within 20 days of delivery.
  • UPS orders can be returned using the pre-paid UPS label included in the package.
  • For orders shipped internationally with DHL, contact Customer Care to receive a pre-paid UPS return label.

In-Store Returns

  • Online orders can be returned to select boutiques in your country without filling out the online Return Form.
  • Orders that were originally picked up in a boutique can be returned to the same boutique.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested by specifying your preference on the online Return Form.

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded.
