Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition, meaning not worn, washed, modified, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Any accessories or dedicated packaging must be included with the return.
- Items must be sent from the same country where they were delivered.

- Original form of payment
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Fragrances.
- Customized items.
Online / Mail Returns
- An online Return Form must be completed within 20 days of delivery.
- UPS orders can be returned using the pre-paid UPS label included in the package.
- For orders shipped internationally with DHL, contact Customer Care to receive a pre-paid UPS return label.
In-Store Returns
- Online orders can be returned to select boutiques in your country without filling out the online Return Form.
- Orders that were originally picked up in a boutique can be returned to the same boutique.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be requested by specifying your preference on the online Return Form.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping fees are not refunded.
- Returned items are verified before a refund or exchange is issued, and items not meeting the guidelines will not be accepted.
