Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of fulfillment.
- If possible, include the packing slip inside the return package.
Refund Methods
- An instant credit is initially provided, which can be used for a new order. Any unused portion is refunded to the original payment method after the return is received.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as 'final sale' or in the Clearance section cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Footwear (Eliot Runner, Eliot Range, Eliot Racer and Eliot NDO) can be returned within 100 miles of use or 30 days, whichever comes first.
- International orders are eligible for returns only, not exchanges.
Online / Mail Returns
- Start a return or exchange by visiting returns.tracksmith.com.
- A flat rate handling fee of $8 is charged for all US returns and exchanges.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Gift Returns
- Select "Returning a Gift" in the returns portal to return items for a gift card.
Damaged or Defective Items
- The policy for damaged or defective items applies to purchases made within the last 12 months.
- Report damaged or defective items through a specific form on the website for assessment.
- Faulty items may be replaced or a store credit may be issued.
- Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty.
Exchange Policy
- US orders may be exchanged for a new item.
- Exchanges are only available once per purchase.
Additional Notes
- A flat rate fee of $8 is incurred for all US returns and exchanges, charged at the time of the return.
- Exchanges are limited to one time per purchase.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
