Staub’s return policy?
I just saw on front page a years old used up enameled Le Creuset piece and person asking what to do with it. A lot of people said to contact Le Creuset and they will give them a new one. Does Staub have a life long policy like this?

Defect on new Staub worth returning?
I got a new 2.75 qt. Staub in the color Basil, but there is a sizable black bump on the outside. Is this normal, or is it a defect that's worth returning/exchanging for? Btw, I paid full price/this is not B-grade item. Thanks! https://preview.redd.it/zhihgjjsdan91.jpg?width=3024&format=pjpg&
