Return Conditions

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Sonos support.

Sonos no longer offers 100 day return policy

As I was returning my Beam, I got the info that from 17/05 policy is changed from 100 to 30 days of return period. Same applies for Amazon and Ebay orders. For those who recently made major purchases of new Sonos products and are within the refund window, in light of recent news, what are you going to do? Are you going to return it or keep it?

I recently bought $7500 worth of Sonos Products from my house. I have installed all of them and I’m within the window of the refund period. (Bought it at Magnolia Best Buy). I returned a sub I bought from Sonos, and they received it on the 13th of January. I still have not received a refund and my CC company said the funds haven't even been released back to them. Anyone else experienced this with Sonos?
