Return Conditions
- Product must be in “like new” condition.
- Must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns.
- Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.
- Products bought in-store at Therabody-operated retail and Reset locations cannot be returned online.
- Certain products may not be eligible for free returns as noted on their product pages.
Online / Mail Returns
- Therabody provides a free standard return shipping label.
- Return shipping labels are valid for 14 days.
- Returns must be received by Therabody within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the product.
In-Store Returns
- Bring the product and proof of purchase to a Therabody-operated retail or Reset location.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or defective products may be returned under Therabody's Limited Warranty.
Exchange Policy
- Therabody is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.
Additional Notes
- If a returned product does not meet the “like new” condition criteria, the refund may be denied or a partial refund may be issued.
- All returns are subject to validation and approval at Therabody's discretion.
- Excessive or unreasonable returns may result in the rejection of future transactions.
