Return Conditions
- Returns must be in original packaging, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual, all included parts and accessories.
- Item must show no sign of wear or abuse, otherwise a restocking fee, repair charge, or disqualification may apply.
- Items must be returned with all original packing materials and double-boxed if they were received that way.
Refund Methods
- Refund of the merchandise price
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Special Order merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
- Workstations, DJ and Lighting Equipment, and rack mounted signal processors must be returned within 14 days for a refund.
- Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Items can be returned to the Sam Ash warehouse at 7726 Cheri Court, Tampa, FL 33634.
- No return authorization is required.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective.
- If your order included free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund ($10 for Ground, $50 for 2nd Day Air, $75 for Truck Freight).
Damaged or Defective Items
- For obvious shipping damage, refuse the shipment.
- Report hidden damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
- For hidden damage or defects, call Customer Service at 1-800-472-6274 to receive a shipping label to return the item at Sam Ash's expense.
Exchange Policy
- Workstations, DJ and Lighting Equipment, and rack mounted signal processors can be exchanged for similar equipment within 45 days.
Additional Notes
- This policy applies to items purchased from samash.com after July 22nd 2024. For items purchased before that date, all sales are final.
- Sam Ash reserves the right to deny returns to customers who abuse the policy.
