Return Conditions
- Item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The original receipt is required.
- The original packaging must be included.
- All accessories originally included with the product must be returned.
- The serial number must be provided.
Refund Methods
- Full refund to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Refurbished products are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns requested beyond 30 days from the delivery date are at Tineco's discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
- Shipping fees for returns must be prepaid by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a refurbished product is wrong, damaged, or defective upon arrival, contact customer support for assistance.
Price Adjustments
- If you find the same new product sold at a lower price by an authorized dealer (Amazon sold by TINECO or TINECO official store) within 15 days of your payment, Tineco will refund the difference.
- Proof of the advertised lower price is required.
- The product must be the exact same model number and in stock.
- This guarantee does not apply to used, refurbished, or clearance items.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for personal reasons beyond 30 days after the delivery date require submitting a return request and placing a new order.
- Tineco reserves the right to approve or reject the return request for an exchange.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for approved exchanges.
Additional Notes
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returns.
- For returns without the original packaging, Tineco may provide reimbursement of up to $25 for packaging costs with an original receipt.
