Return Conditions

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The original receipt is required.
  • The original packaging must be included.
  • All accessories originally included with the product must be returned.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for personal reasons beyond 30 days after the delivery date require submitting a return request and placing a new order.
  • Tineco reserves the right to approve or reject the return request for an exchange.
