Gift Returns

  • For gift returns or exchanges, you will need both the order number and the billing zip code from the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Covers defects in original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase for all Saucony footwear purchased from an Authorized Dealer in the United States of America.
  • Does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
  • Products acquired from unauthorized dealers and aftermarket sources are not covered.
  • Laces, lace hardware, and insoles are not covered by warranty.
  • To report a defective product, a form must be filled out, and a customer service member will be in touch.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can only be made for the same product, different size or color.
  • Exchanges cannot be made for a different width.
