Exceptions & Restrictions

- The expected lifespan of performance running shoes is considered to be 300-500 miles.
- For items purchased from a third-party retailer, you must contact them first for returns or exchanges.
- Sports bras and apparel are generally expected to last for about 50 washes and dries, or roughly one year.
Saucony
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Gifts with purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online / Mail Returns

- To initiate a return, visit the online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address.
- A prepaid return label will be generated for you to print.
- Package your items and drop them off at a FedEx or USPS location.
- You can track the status of your return through the Returns Center.

- Fast & Easy Returns: Drop off your item in its original shoebox or apparel bag. No other packaging or printing needed. Find a nearby drop-off location and download your QR code.
- Printerless Return: Bring your item pre-packaged to a FedEx location. No printing required. Find a nearby drop-off location and download your QR code.
- Print a Label: Requires a printer and packaging. Print your label and ship with FedEx.
Gift Returns

- If you would like to return a product you received as a gift, you need to contact customer service for assistance.
Saucony
- For gift returns or exchanges, you will need both the order number and the billing zip code from the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Brooks Running
- If you believe your product is defective, you should complete the Product Support form available on the website.
Saucony
- Covers defects in original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase for all Saucony footwear purchased from an Authorized Dealer in the United States of America.
- Does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
- Products acquired from unauthorized dealers and aftermarket sources are not covered.
- Laces, lace hardware, and insoles are not covered by warranty.
- To report a defective product, a form must be filled out, and a customer service member will be in touch.
Exchange Policy
Brooks Running
- Brooks does not offer a traditional exchange process. Instead, you should return the original item and place a new order.
- You have 90 days to swap out a shoe that is not working for you by returning it for a refund and purchasing a new one.
Saucony
- Exchanges can only be made for the same product, different size or color.
- Exchanges cannot be made for a different width.
- If the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock (item, color, or size), please follow the returns process for a full refund.
- Only one product exchange is accepted. If your new product still doesn't work for you, it must be returned.

- For items bought from other retailers, you should first contact the retailer about their return policy.
