Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be included.
- Shoe soles must not show any signs of wear.
- The return form must be completed and included.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, such as a credit card or PayPal account.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Made-to-order and custom items are final sale.
- Opened fragrances cannot be returned.
- Gold and Silver Jewelry are final sale.
- Timepieces must be returned within 10 days and be accompanied by the original warranty booklet.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns are free and a prepaid return shipping label is included with every order.
- Customers should use the provided return form and ship via UPS.
- Once the return is received and accepted at the warehouse, a refund will be issued.
Gift Returns
- For assistance with returning a gift, customers are advised to contact Customer Service.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item is received damaged or is different from what was ordered, customers should contact Customer Care immediately.
- Remedies for defective products are limited to returning for a replacement, accepting the item, or returning it if a replacement is unavailable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not processed at this time; customers must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
