Return Conditions
- Item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags attached.
- Return or exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included.
- Items should only have been worn to try them on.
Refund Methods
- Refund to original form of payment (for purchases not made with Member Credit or store credit).
- Store credit (for returns of items partially purchased with Member Credit from a set, or for items originally purchased with store credit).
- Member Credit (for returns of individual items purchased with Member Credit).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Some sale items are marked final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The monthly charge for Savage X Rewards Membership is nonrefundable.
- There are no refunds for unused Member Credits.
- Items acquired with Member Credit or store credit can only be exchanged or returned for Member Credit or store credit, as applicable, and are not eligible for a refund to a debit or credit card.
- Any Member Credits re-issued for an exchange or return will expire 12 months after the date of re-issuance.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated online through 'My Account > Orders & Returns'.
- Box-free, printer-free returns are available via Happy Returns by PayPal at Return Bars (US Only).
- Returns via shipping provider require printing a return label and dropping off at the indicated provider (e.g., FedEx for the US).
In-Store Returns
- Both online and in-store purchases may be returned in-store.
- Returns in-store are free for both Rewards Members and Guests.
- To initiate an online return for an item purchased in-store, contact Customer Service or use 'Orders & Returns' tab if a Rewards Member.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- Rewards Members receive free returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.
- Guests have 30 days to return or exchange items.
- Guest returns shipped via a provider will be subject to a $6.95 return shipping fee in the U.S. which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Guest exchanges are free.
