Return Conditions
- You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered.
- Items delivered via UPS must be returned via UPS at the customer's expense.
- Items not delivered must be in original condition for refund/exchange.
Refund Methods
- Purchase price of merchandise plus tax (online sales, but not delivery charge).
- Original form of payment for showroom sales cancelled within 48 hours (if no delivery).
- For BitPay purchases, refund by check in U.S. dollars.
- Credit to charged account if purchased with credit account; otherwise by check.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Delivery charges are non-refundable for online returns.
- Online sales cancellation not eligible if merchandise is loaded on the truck for delivery (generally three days prior).
- Express/Next Day Delivery orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Showroom sales: no refunds after merchandise has been delivered.
- If canceling showroom sale after 48 hours but prior to delivery, only 80% of purchase price refunded.
- Returns may incur a fee equal to the original delivery charge.
- Pickup, redelivery, restocking, or other fees may apply for certain returns/exchanges (Doorway Delivery, mattresses, box springs).
- Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
- No returns for bed sheets, pillow cases, mattresses, accessories, or carpets.
- Online RTG purchases cannot be returned at a store.
Online / Mail Returns
- Permitted within 48 hours of delivery if the merchandise was not as expected. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise via UPS at their own expense.
In-Store Returns
- Rooms To Go showrooms do not accept physical returns of any kind for online purchases.
Price Adjustments
- 30-day price match guarantee: credit back to card if item goes on sale before delivery, store credit if within 30 days of delivery.

- To initiate an online return, contact Internet Sales Support.
- Rooms To Go has a 30-day price match guarantee. If an item goes on sale before delivery, contact for credit back for the difference.
- If an item goes on sale within 30 days of delivery, store credit for the difference is issued.
- If merchandise is delivered damaged, contact Customer Service immediately.
