Return Conditions
- Items must be in like-new condition to receive a full refund.
- If an item is damaged or worn, an assessment fee may apply, or the return may not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit card purchases are refunded to the card used.
- Purchases made with a gift card are refunded to a gift card.
- Check purchases receive a refund check by mail.
- Purchases made using Affirm financing are refunded by Affirm.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Outlet purchases and store floor samples are final sale.
- Business and commercial clients may have different warranty and return specifics outlined in their purchase agreement.
Online / Mail Returns
- Return or exchange delivery is free within the 48 contiguous states.
- Original delivery charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item is damaged during delivery or has a quality issue upon arrival, Room & Board will provide expert repair, parts replacement, or an exchange for free.
Exchange Policy
- Free 90-day exchanges are offered for items in like-new condition.
Additional Notes
- The 90-day return window starts when you receive your order. For items shipped via UPS, the 90-day window starts on the date of shipment.
- There are no cancellation fees, even for custom furniture or decor.
