Return Conditions

  • Products purchased from Ruggable.com can be returned for any reason.
  • Items showing signs of normal wear and tear, pet fur, or having been washed are still eligible for return.
  • Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent damage while in transport.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Products marked 'Final Sale' are ineligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • The Ruggable Spot Cleaner & Stain Remover and sample swatches are considered final sale.
  • If returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable's sole discretion), such item(s) will not be refunded.
  • Only item(s) purchased directly from Ruggable.com can be returned; third-party purchases must be returned to the third-party vendor.

Online / Mail Returns

  • Returns can be initiated through the Self-Service Portal by entering your order number and shipping zip code.
  • Upon request completion, a prepaid shipping label will be received directly to your inbox.
  • Packages should be dropped off at any FedEx location using the prepaid shipping label.
  • A separate shipping label is needed for each item being returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received an incorrect or defective item, contact the Customer Care Team at support@ruggable.com before entering the Self-Service Portal.

Exchange Policy

  • Ruggable products can be exchanged for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date at no extra cost.
  • Items that show signs of normal wear and tear are eligible for exchange, but not items exceeding normal wear and tear.
  • An order may only be exchanged once; an already exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
  • Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
  • If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded; if it costs more, you will be charged the difference.
  • Exchange credits cannot be saved and used at a later time.
  • You may only exchange your item for a similar item (e.g., Rug Cover for a Rug Cover).
  • The entire Rug System (Rug Pad and Rug Cover) must be returned when exchanging a Two-Piece Rug System.

Additional Notes

  • A returns processing fee, determined by item/size and number of shipping labels provided, will be deducted from the refund.
  • Ruggable offers 'The Life Happens Guarantee' which allows returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
