Return Conditions
- Items must be in unused and original condition.
- Original receipt or invoice is required.
- Returns can be made by mail or in-store for online purchases.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Online purchases made with PayPal and returned in-store will be refunded as a Pandora gift card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
- Engraved items are final sale.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be returned by mail using the provided prepaid return label or in-store.
- Fill out the return form included in the original package.
- Exchanges by mail are not accepted.
In-Store Returns
- Bring the item along with the original packing slip or email invoice to the store.
- Online purchases can be returned to a store.
- Purchases made in a store must be returned to a store.
Gift Returns
- Gifts can be returned or exchanged at Pandora stores with a gift receipt.
- Gift returns will be issued a gift card for the purchase price.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or defective items from online orders can be returned by mail for a refund.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for online orders can be made in-store within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges by mail are not available.
Additional Notes
- Promotions and clearances may have modified return terms.
- It may take 3-5 additional business days for a credit to be applied by your bank after the return is processed.
