I had to file a chargeback on Outdoor Voices for failing to reimburse me for a return

I sent a return back in middle of June. In early July i received an email from OV stating they hadn't received the return. I showed proof of return and they said it probably got lost in the mail, and they would refund me. I contacted back 5+ business days later because i hadn't received my refund. T
