Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original sellable condition.
- Items must be unworn with original tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned with its original shoebox.
- Swimwear must be unworn with original tags intact and sanitary panel in place.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment (for returns within 30 days with original receipt).
- Merchandise credit (for returns after 30 days, or with gift receipt/gift card, or without an original receipt at the item's lowest selling price).
- e-Gift card (for online returns made after 30 days).
- Store credit (for Cash App and Venmo in-store returns).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Body jewelry, earrings, masks, and women's underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fear of God Essentials, PS Reserve, Alliance Entertainment, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. (Fear of God Essentials purchased after 2/10/26 are Final Sale).
- Swimwear purchased online cannot be returned in-store.
- Footwear can only be returned in-store or by mail, not at Happy Returns bar locations.
- Online orders shipped to Puerto Rico or military APO/FPO addresses can only be returned in-store.
- Marketplace orders (Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) cannot be returned in PacSun stores; returns must be initiated on their respective storefronts.
- Styled by PacSun subscription items only allow exchanges or merchandise credit; no refunds.
Online / Mail Returns
- Return by mail (incurs a deduction from refund).
- Return to any PacSun store (free).
- Return at any approved Happy Returns bar location (incurs a deduction from refund).
In-Store Returns
- In-store purchases can be returned to any PacSun store within 30 days.
- Online orders can be returned to any PacSun store for free.
- Returns with an original receipt within 30 days are refunded to the original form of payment.
- Returns made after 30 days from purchase date receive merchandise credit or merchandise exchange.
- Cash App and Venmo purchases returned in-store will be refunded as store credit only.
Gift Returns
- Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded as merchandise credit.
- Refunds for purchases made with eGift cards or gift cards will be issued back to the original eGift card or gift card.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- PacSun Rewards members may have their original purchase details looked up in-store if a receipt is unavailable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- PacSun generally covers damaged items under its return and exchange policy.
- Examine the package for visible damage and take photos before opening.
- Gather relevant information, including order number, description of damage, and photographs.
- Initiate the return process within a specific timeframe after receiving the order, via the online portal or customer service.
Price Adjustments
- A one-time price adjustment is available within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt if the item goes on sale.
- For online purchases, if an item is marked down within 10 days, the difference will be refunded if the item is the exact style and color.
- In-store price matching is available for identical items found at a lower price on Pacsun.com.
- Online-exclusive offers and coupons cannot be applied in-store for price matching.
- Fear of God Essentials and PS Reserve are not eligible for price match.
Exchange Policy
- No exchanges are offered for online orders; all returns are for a refund.
- In-store exchanges are generally possible.
- Styled by PacSun subscription items allow exchanges for other items or merchandise credit.
Additional Notes
- PacSun reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
- Online returns by mail incur a deduction of $7-$10 from the refund.
- Returns to Happy Returns bar locations incur a $4.95 deduction from the refund.
- Returns and exchanges made in-store are free.
- PacSun does not offer exchanges for online orders; all online returns are processed for a refund.
- For international orders, customers are typically responsible for return shipping fees, and exchanges are not available.
