Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
- Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
- Car seats must be returned in the original, unopened box with unbroken seals.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment.
- Nordstrom Gift Card.
- Electronic gift card (for late online returns accepted after 40 days, 50% of purchase amount).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Online products sold by third-party sellers cannot be returned to Rack by store or mail.
- Fine jewelry and designer items purchased at Nordstrom or Nordstrom.com are not eligible to be returned to Nordstrom Rack stores.
- Car seats with a broken seal will not be accepted.
- A $9.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund per pre-paid shipping label used for online mail returns.

- By mail: Use a pre-paid shipping label or QR code; a $9.95 shipping charge is deducted from your refund.
- In-store: Return online items to any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store for free.
In-Store Returns
- For in-store purchases, return to any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store for free.
- Eligible returns of Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com merchandise accepted at Nordstrom Rack locations (with exceptions).
Gift Returns
- Refunds for gifts will be issued as a Nordstrom Gift Card.
Additional Notes
- Nordstrom Rack has a more standard discount-retailer policy compared to Nordstrom.
- Late returns accepted within 40-60 days may receive an electronic gift card equal to 50% of purchase, minus shipping charge.
