Return Conditions
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable.
- Original tags and packaging must be included (if applicable).
- Merchandise must be saleable for a full refund.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- CHANEL handbags, accessories, apparel, and shoes have a 14-day return window.
- Altered apparel, special orders, and cloth face mask coverings cannot be returned.
- Perishable, personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as 'final sale' cannot be returned.
- Precious Jewelry returns require calling 1-800-908-1185 for assistance.
- Neiman Marcus stores cannot process returns for items purchased at Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call, or Horchow stores, online, or via catalog.
Online / Mail Returns
- Initiate your return using the order number via neimanmarcus.com/returns.
- Fill out the return form included with your shipment.
- Package items securely with all original tags and packaging.
- Attach the provided return shipping label (often a USPS label, or generate one online).
- For returns after November 10, 2025, drop off packages at any authorized FedEx location.
In-Store Returns
- Bring the item(s) to any Neiman Marcus store.
- Present your receipt, order number, or return slip (for online purchases) to a sales associate.
- Returns are processed immediately, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- No appointment is necessary for in-store returns.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- Tier 2+ InCircle members may be eligible for free returns.
Price Adjustments
- Requests for price adjustments are honored if merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
Exchange Policy
- Neiman Marcus is glad to accept exchanges for saleable merchandise.
Additional Notes
- Neiman Marcus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each mailed return received after 15 days of delivery.
- Eligible merchandise returned within 15 days of the delivery date is free to return by mail.
- Effective November 10, 2025, returns will no longer be accepted at USPS drop-off locations; returns must be dropped off at any authorized FedEx location.
