Nordstrom Rack

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
• Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
• Car seats must be returned in the original, unopened box with unbroken seals.

TJ Maxx

• Items must be returned in original condition (not washed, worn, damaged or altered) and with all hangtags and original packaging where possible.
• Certain items may include an additional security tag that must remain attached and intact.
• For in-store returns, plastic bags with barcodes your items arrived in are needed.

Nordstrom Rack

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Online products sold by third-party sellers cannot be returned to Rack by store or mail.
• Fine jewelry and designer items purchased at Nordstrom or Nordstrom.com are not eligible to be returned to Nordstrom Rack stores.
• Car seats with a broken seal will not be accepted.
• A $9.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund per pre-paid shipping label used for online mail returns.

• Merchandise bought in store cannot be returned online.
