Return Conditions
- A 30-day adjustment period is required from the delivery date before a return can be initiated for an opened mattress.
- Unopened mattresses are eligible for return and refund for up to 90 days after delivery.
- The mattress must have been used on a proper base, frame, or foundation.
- All required information and documentation for the return must be submitted within 30 days of the initial request.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
- Fees for shipping, White Glove Service, and state-based recycling programs are non-refundable.
- The dollar value of any offer codes or discounts used for the purchase will not be refunded.
- Environmental damage to the mattress, such as mold due to misuse, will void return eligibility.

- To start a return, contact customer service by email, phone, or live chat.
- Nectar will work with you to find a local donation center for the mattress.
- Once the return is complete, you will receive a full refund for the product.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are processed as a return and refund. After returning the original product, you can place a new order for the replacement.

- Nectar offers a 365-night home trial for their mattresses.
- If you return your mattress, you may keep any promotional products that were included with your purchase.

On their official website, all I can find about the trial already goes without saying (you won't need to pay to send it back, you'll get your money back, and it lasts 365 nights while most only last 90-100). Anywhere you'd expect to see some elaboration on the policy, or a description of how it work
