Return Conditions
- A 15% restocking plus a pick up fee (if applicable) will be charged on all items returned within 7 days.
- All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to Mathis Home within 7 days of receival of this product.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- All sales are final on AS-IS and Custom Order merchandise.
- No returns on electronics.
- Adjustable bed bases are non-returnable and do not have a tryout period.
Online / Mail Returns
- All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to Mathis Home within 7 days of receival of this product.
- For all change-of-mind returns, a non-refundable return fee of 15% of the item price shall be applicable, regardless of the return method.
In-Store Returns
- In the event that the return is made directly to a Mathis warehouse by the consumer, no freight charges will apply, and only the 15% return fee will be retained.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Exchanges against manufacturer defects are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
