Nectar Mattress

• A 30-day adjustment period is required from the delivery date before a return can be initiated for an opened mattress.
• Unopened mattresses are eligible for return and refund for up to 90 days after delivery.
• The mattress must have been used on a proper base, frame, or foundation.
• All required information and documentation for the return must be submitted within 30 days of the initial request.

• The 100-Night Sleep Trial starts on the date of delivery.
• Products can be returned for a full refund if they are not a good fit.
