Return Conditions
- The item must have been purchased directly from SharkNinja online or through their call centers.
- Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
- If the purchase was a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a refund.
Refund Methods
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered by the return policy.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- Purchases from authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to their return policy.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated through the Returns Portal on the SharkNinja website.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided via email.
- The item can be sent back in any secure box; original packaging is not required.
- Return labels are valid for 14 days.
Gift Returns
- A gift can be returned if you have the order number and the email used to make the purchase.

Can I still Return/Refund if Ninja blender became defective after less than a month?
I ordered Ninja Blast Portable blender in Lazada last November 16 and received it on November 19. Ilang beses ko pa lang nagamit and when I was about to use it now (Dec 13), nag eerror na siya. Nung chineck ko sa Lazada, pwede pa i-return/refund. Pero binayaran ko na yung balance ko sa Lazada Paylat
