Return Conditions
- An original order number is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Each item being returned must be sent back in its own box with its own dedicated return label.
- Items must be sent back to the facility or returned to a retail store to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Purchases made from a third-party partner are not eligible for refunds or replacements from Our Place.
- Returns and exchanges can only be processed in the country of original purchase.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return to be shipped back, use the online portal.
- Each item must be shipped in a separate box with its own return label.
In-Store Returns
- Items can be returned to an Our Place retail store.
- Purchases made in-store with cash must be returned to a retail location.
Gift Returns
- Returns for gifted items will be refunded in the form of store credit equal to the amount paid.
Additional Notes
- For promotions that include a 'gift with purchase', all items, including the gifted product, must be returned to receive a full refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- It is recommended to keep the original packaging, as all returns must be shipped in a box.
