Return Conditions
- A valid photo ID is required for returns without a receipt
- ID information will be retained in a secure database for refund authorization and fraud prevention
- Cricut® Products are returnable or exchangeable only if the packaging is unopened and a receipt is provided
Refund Methods
- Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded as cash
- Purchases made using a gift card or gift receipt will be refunded as a Store Return Card
- Returns without a receipt will be refunded in the form of a Store Return Card and/or merchandise exchange
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Cricut® Products are returnable or exchangeable only if packaging is unopened and a receipt is provided
- Items damaged or deemed defective during the manufacturer’s warranty period must be returned directly to the manufacturer (except as required by law)
- Exchanges are not offered; customers must return and place a new order
- Purchases from third-party sellers on Marketplace must be returned directly to the seller with a pre-paid UPS Shipping label
- Refunds without a receipt are given at the item's lowest price sold within the previous 90 days
Online / Mail Returns
- For purchases from third-party sellers on Marketplace, initiate a return online to receive a pre-paid UPS Shipping label to send the product directly back to the seller
Gift Returns
- A Store Return Card will be issued for all purchases made using a gift card or gift receipt/purchases
Damaged or Defective Items
- Items damaged or deemed defective during the manufacturer’s warranty period must be returned directly to the manufacturer, except as required by law
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not offered; return the product using the returns process and then place a new order
- Cricut® Products are exchangeable only if the packaging is unopened and a receipt is provided

Can't exchange Joann patterns anymore along with other new policies?
I used to be able to buy patterns during sale, ended up not making it, and exchange it for another pattern of the same brand (so if Simplicity <-> Simplicity, McCall's <-> McCall's). But then I tried it today and they said they couldn't do it anymore. You can only do returns and the sale

I recently tried to turn a Cricut brightpad to JoAnn fabrics. The light table was $50. I didn't like it. JoAnn had a $25 restricting fee. For a $50 item? Anyone else run into this?
