Return Conditions
- If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us free of charge.
- Returns must be in a sealed box and packaged securely.
- Items must be in their original condition.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Refund processing begins within 1-2 days after LEGO receives the returned items.
- It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Partial returns on Pick a Brick orders are not accepted; all pieces must be returned at the same time.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Purchases from the Pick & Build wall and Build a Mini tower cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clothing, apparel, or footwear purchased at a LEGO Store cannot be returned to stores.
- Opened sets purchased in-store with a receipt can only be returned for an exchange or store credit, not a full refund.
Online / Mail Returns
- Most returns can be started through LEGO.com by visiting the 'Return items' page and following instructions.
- A prepaid label will be provided for return shipping.
- For some regions (e.g., Northern Ireland, Canada), contact customer service to arrange courier collection or receive a prepaid label.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased at a LEGO Store can be returned to any LEGO Store within 35 days.
- Sealed sets with a receipt are eligible for a full refund.
- Opened sets with a receipt can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Gift Returns
- For orders that include gift cards, contact customer service to arrange a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Replacement parts are available for missing or broken pieces.
