Return Conditions
JOANN
- A valid photo ID is required for returns without a receipt

- Item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging, with exceptions for defective merchandise or products.

Exceptions & Restrictions

Refund Methods

- Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded as cash
- Purchases made using a gift card or gift receipt will be refunded as a Store Return Card
- Returns without a receipt will be refunded in the form of a Store Return Card and/or merchandise exchange

- Refunds are offered in the original method of payment.
- Purchases made with a debit card are refunded as cash.

Online / Mail Returns

- Online orders can be returned to any Michaels store or by initiating a return through your online account.
- To start an online return, log into your michaels.com account, go to Order History, click 'View Details' on the desired order, and select the 'Return' button.
