Return Conditions
- A return authorization (RA#) is required for any exchange or refund. Products shipped without an RA# will be returned to the sender.
- Products must be returned with all accessories originally included.
- Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was when shipped.
- Original packaging is strongly recommended, but not required.
- RA#s are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued.
Refund Methods
- Full refund for the merchandise amount, including taxes, to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Partybox speakers do not qualify for free returns; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Personalized products cannot be cancelled or returned once processed.
- If a product was purchased on jbl.com and selected for Best Buy in-store pickup, it must be returned to a Best Buy store.
- Gift wrap and shipping charges are not refundable.
- Merchandise received past the return period may be refused and returned.
Online / Mail Returns
- Initiate a return by visiting the JBL.com Returns section, which will trigger an email to Customer Service.
- If you have an account, log in, click 'My Orders,' then 'Order Details,' and then 'Return for Refund' to select the item(s) to return.
- For Guest Checkout, click 'Order Status,' enter your order number, email address, and postal code, then view 'Order Details,' and click 'Return for Refund' to select the item(s) to return.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided (excluding Partybox speakers).
In-Store Returns
- Products purchased on jbl.com and selected for Best Buy in-store pickup must be returned to any Best Buy store.
Gift Returns
- Gift purchases must be returned by the original purchaser.
Exchange Policy
- JBL will gladly exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or provide a full refund for the merchandise.
Additional Notes
- No restocking fees are applied to returns.
- Customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
- Free return shipping is provided for most products.
- Customers will be charged for any missing accessories or contents upon return.
