Return Conditions
- You can request a return within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied.
- For the Hydrow machine, a return shipping fee of $250 will be deducted from your refund.
- If the Hydrow is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or shows signs of abuse, Hydrow may refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees.
- Accessories and pre-paid memberships must be returned with the original packaging.
Refund Methods

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Headphones, heart rate monitors, upright storage kits, water bottles, and other specified fitness accessories may not be returned if opened, used, worn, or were a sale item.
- The policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
- Purchases made through authorized retailers like Best Buy are subject to that retailer's return policy.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return, you must contact Hydrow Member Services.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Hydrow's return policy doesn't cover damage caused by improper use or accidents, which is subject to the terms of the Hydrow Home Use Limited Warranty.
Price Adjustments
- In the event that a retail partner or dealer is offering a promotion, Hydrow will choose whether or not to price-match on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion.
Additional Notes
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Hydrow's Online Store.
- Shipping, delivery, or installation charges are not refundable.
- Eligible customers may have a different return policy under the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.
- Pre-paid memberships can be returned for a refund if requested within 30 days of purchase.
