Return Conditions

  • All products must be returned in good condition.
  • Products should be in their original boxes whenever possible.
  • All accessories must be included to ensure a full credit.
  • Accessory items must be unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Unopened bottles of Braava jet® Hard Floor Cleaner are eligible for a refund.

  • Gift wrapping and shipping charges are not refundable.

  • If you keep a gift with purchase, you will be charged the full retail value.
  • For bundled promotions, all items in the bundle must be returned for a refund.
  • If you keep any items from a bundle, you will be charged their full retail value.

Online / Mail Returns

  • To initiate a return, go to My Account -> Order History and find your order number.
  • Select the product(s) you want to return.
  • iRobot will provide a pre-paid return label.
  • Package the product(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Include any original paperwork or order information.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your records.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your robot was damaged during shipping, contact the Customer Care Department.

Additional Notes

  • This policy applies to items purchased on iRobot.com.
  • iRobot offers 'Protect' and 'Protect+' plans that can cover robots beyond their manufacturer warranties.
  • Refurbished products from the Roomba® Restored program have a 90-day warranty.

Stay away from iRobot (UK)! "We cannot replace the product but you can return it for a refund and reorder, if you want"

Returning an iRobot Roomba from 2021

The charging station has a charging prong that isn’t fully deploying to make contact with the vacuum itself. I can’t fix it and I can’t find a replacement station for my model. Stations without the vacuum tower cast about $250. I don’t want to pay that and plus this model has the tower that empties
