Return Conditions
- Items must be in a like-new condition.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- PC components that were installed in a system should be removed and packaged before returning.
Refund Methods
- Original payment method
- Micro Center Gift Card
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Opened software and electronic software downloads are not eligible for return.
- Micro Center Gift Cards and Point of Sale Activation Cards are non-returnable.
- Products with customer-induced damage are not accepted for return.
- Due to safety measures, items like VR headsets, headphones, earbuds, microphones, all phones, face masks, and disposable gloves are not returnable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online orders can be returned to any Micro Center store.
- Returns can be shipped back by contacting customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- For shipped returns, merchandise must be undamaged with all original packaging and materials.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged at any Micro Center location.
Gift Returns
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Micro Center Gift Card.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a product is not working as expected within the return period, customers can visit an in-store technician for free assistance or an exchange.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available and can be processed at any Micro Center store.
Additional Notes
- Most products have a 30-day return window.
- Desktop/notebook computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, drones, digital cameras, projectors, cell phones, and 3D printers have a 15-day return window.
- A receipt is not necessary for a return if you have a Micro Center Insider Account.

Beware, if you buy a motherboard/CPU from Micro Center, you can't get a refund.
