Return Conditions
iRobot
- All products must be returned in good condition.
- Products should be in their original boxes whenever possible.
- All accessories must be included to ensure a full credit.
- Accessory items must be unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
- Unopened bottles of Braava jet® Hard Floor Cleaner are eligible for a refund.
Roborock
- Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- All accessories and the original packaging must be included with the return.
- A penalty may be charged if any accessories are missing.
Exceptions & Restrictions
iRobot
- Gift wrapping and shipping charges are not refundable.
- If a gift with purchase was included, it must be returned with the original item to receive a refund.
- If you keep a gift with purchase, you will be charged the full retail value.
- For bundled promotions, all items in the bundle must be returned for a refund.
- If you keep any items from a bundle, you will be charged their full retail value.
Roborock
- The Extended Warranty is non-refundable for any reason after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is not transferable and is only granted to the original purchaser.
- Consumable parts such as batteries are not covered unless damaged due to a defect in a non-consumable part.
Refund Methods
iRobot

- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Online / Mail Returns
iRobot
- To initiate a return, go to My Account -> Order History and find your order number.
- Select the product(s) you want to return.
- iRobot will provide a pre-paid return label.
- Package the product(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging.
- Include any original paperwork or order information.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your records.
Roborock
- To initiate a return, go to the 'Contact Us' section on the 'My Orders' page.
- Select your model and choose 'Returns & Replacements'.
- The Roborock customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
Damaged or Defective Items
iRobot
- If your robot was damaged during shipping, contact the Customer Care Department.
Roborock
- For warranty claims, you must provide proof of the purchase date.
- Repaired or replaced machines under warranty are covered for the longer of 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty period.
Additional Notes
iRobot
- This policy applies to items purchased on iRobot.com.
- iRobot offers 'Protect' and 'Protect+' plans that can cover robots beyond their manufacturer warranties.
- Refurbished products from the Roomba® Restored program have a 90-day warranty.
Roborock
- Shipping is free for any Roborock vacuum purchase.
- Returns are also free within 30 days of delivery.
