Return Conditions
- The product must be returned with the applicable proof of purchase.
- If the product was removed from its original packaging, it must be in new condition and free from damage.
- Only items purchased directly from shop.honeywellhome.com can be returned to Honeywell.
Refund Methods
- The refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Custom orders that have been personalized or modified cannot be returned.
- Products that have been built to order are not eligible for return.
- Downloadable products are fulfilled immediately and cannot be cancelled, unless it is a preorder.
Online / Mail Returns

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- It is recommended to use UPS or insured United States mail for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a product has been damaged, repaired, or is missing parts, it may not be accepted for return and refund.
Additional Notes
- Orders can be canceled any time before shipment.
- Physically shipped purchases that are in stock are processed immediately and may not be cancellable before shipment.
- If you purchased using a method other than a credit card, you may need to provide bank details for the refund.
