Return Conditions

  • Machine must be returned within the specified return window.
  • Items must be packaged in the original Dyson packaging.

  • Unauthorized or COD (Cash on Delivery) returns will not be accepted.

Online / Mail Returns

  • To initiate a return, call the toll-free Contact Center at 1-866-MY-DYSON (1-866-693-9766) and have your Dyson.com order information available.
  • Dyson Direct will pay for return shipping.
  • Return shipping is free.

In-Store Returns

  • For machine purchases made at a Dyson Demo Store or Dyson Service Center, a return must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Dyson headphones purchased at a Dyson Demo Store or Service Center must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your machine arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact Dyson.

Price Adjustments

  • Dyson offers a Price Match Promise within 30 days of purchase.
  • If the same model is advertised at a lower price by an authorized US Dyson retailer or by Dyson on a third-party marketplace, Dyson will refund the difference.
  • The machine must be the exact same model number as it appears on Dyson.com and in stock.
  • Proof of advertised price by an authorized dealer is required (valid copy of flyer or website URL).
  • The machine must be new and in original packaging; it cannot be used, damaged, open box, 'close out', 'clearance', or a demonstrator machine.
  • Hair care machines and accessories (e.g., Dyson Supersonic, Airwrap, Corrale, Airstrait) are not eligible for price matching.

Additional Notes

  • The Guarantee for Dyson formulation products is limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
  • Dyson reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or where Dyson concludes the purchaser has abused the Guarantee.
  • Dyson may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
