Return Conditions
- Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Product must be returned in good condition and suitable for resale.
- Returns must include all accessories and the original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For quality-related issues, eufy can create a prepaid shipping label for returns.
Refund Methods
- Refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Products purchased from retail partners or other online sellers must be returned at the same point of sale.
- Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim.
- Eufy does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims, as the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
- Products without valid proof of purchase are not covered by warranty.
- Products that have surpassed their warranty period or have issues unrelated to quality are not covered.
- If the wrong address is provided by the customer, leading to a lost or unrecoverable package, the customer bears the loss and eufy will not replace the order or issue a refund.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
- Eufy is unable to process refunds for products sold by local retailers.
Online / Mail Returns
- Contact a member of the support team with your order number to initiate a return.
- Remove battery tabs from sensors or cameras, or shut down the device, then box up all devices securely, preferably in original packaging.
- Apply the pre-paid shipping label (if provided) to the outside of the box.
- Multiple Return Authorizations can be combined into a single box for easier returns.
- It is suggested to submit your return within 7 days to ensure a smooth refund process.
Damaged or Defective Items
- All quality-related defects on items sold directly by eufy or eufy's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
- If a product has a defect during its warranty period, contact eufy via the feedback form.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order invoice or ID) is needed to process a warranty request for a replacement.
- Eufy support team will troubleshoot the product first and then process a replacement under warranty if the issue cannot be resolved.
- When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by eufy for quality issues, eufy takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
